BA Psychology PGdip Psych, MprofPsych

With a warm, collaborative approach my focus is on working with you in a genuine, safe and supportive way to explore your individual needs and goals and deliver a high standard of care. I have a passion for mental wellness and supporting children, teenagers and young adults to feel and live better. Some common concerns I work with include those relating to child social-emotional development, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, interpersonal difficulties, self-awareness, life changes and transitions and parenting support.

I am a Registered Psychologist who has worked with diverse populations in Justice, Education, Child Protection and private settings, building on the strengths of individuals and families. My treatment draws on a variety of evidence-based and neurodiversity affirming models of therapy, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to your individual presentation and needs.

If you have been struggling, reaching out for support is the first step towards understanding and addressing the difficulties that may be stopping you from living a more fulfilled and connected life.
