We focus on the “Well Being”, supporting the change of life journeys from “just surviving” to thriving.
With a warm and collaborative approach, I strive to create a genuine, safe, and supportive space where you can learn, discover, and find meaning in where you are at in life. My passion lies in helping young people and adults navigate life’s challenges and feel more connected to themselves and others.
I have extensive experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and those experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, interpersonal difficulties, and life transitions. Whether you are facing changes in school, work, relationships, or identity, I am here to guide you through these shifts with understanding and evidence-based care.
As a Registered Psychologist, I have worked across Justice, Education, Child Protection, and private settings, supporting individuals and families by building on their unique strengths. My therapeutic approach is neurodiversity-affirming and tailored to your needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Seeking support is a meaningful step towards understanding yourself and living a more fulfilled life. If you are ready to explore your journey with curiosity and compassion, I look forward to walking alongside you.
