Meet Anna

Anna Martin (she/her)
Registered Psychologist
BA Psychology (Honours)

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults who may be navigating a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and those simply in need of a space to talk. I also welcome clients from neurodivergent backgrounds and those who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community.

I would describe my therapy approach as warm, collaborative, empathetic, and conscientious in nature. When practising, I use a variety of approaches drawn from evidence-based theories, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and Attachment Theory. Embracing the core principles of gender and neuro-affirming care, I work towards celebrating each person’s inherent strengths, and together, finding ways to navigate the challenges.

I look forward to meeting you!
