Meet Anna

Anna Martin (she/her)
Registered Psychologist
BA Psychology (Honours)

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults who may be experiencing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and those simply in need of a safe space to talk. I also welcome neurodivergent clients and those who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community.

If I had to describe my approach to therapy in three words, I would use: warm, collaborative, and empathetic. When practising, I use a variety of approaches drawn from evidence-based theories, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and Attachment Theory. Embracing the core principles of gender and neuro-affirming care, I work towards celebrating each person’s inherent strengths, and together, finding ways to navigate their challenges.

I offer one-on-one therapy, as well as ADHD and Autism assessments.

I look forward to meeting you!
