Beth is an experienced Accredited Mental Health Social Worker who brings together over 17 years of clinical experience working with clients with complex mental health issues. She brings diverse clinical skills, wisdom of practice, and an empathic and calming demeanour to her work with all her clients on their journey to making positive changes in their lives. Creating space for healing is her passion. She works with clients where they need to begin their recovery process and holds clients always at the forefront of practice within their therapeutic journey.

Beth has experience working with people across their lifespan, from children as young as two years of age to older adults experiencing end-of-life transitions. She enjoys working with people during their major life transitions and developmental phases, including primary school-aged children, adolescents, and new parents. She also has experience working with adults of diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Beth works holistically with clients with a therapeutic tool kit of cognitive and body-focused work, including CBT, DBT, Schema Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Art and Play Therapies, MBT, mindfulness and breathwork. A trauma-informed lens informs her work, developed over many years of practice with clients experiencing complex trauma, family and domestic violence, and trauma related to stigmatisation. She also has experience working with complex grief and loss.

Beth welcomes individuals with diverse backgrounds in culture, gender and sexuality. Her practice is neuro-affirming, and she is attuned to adapting therapies to meet neurodivergent individuals’ needs.

Beth is an independent Social Worker (Mental Health Accredited) who runs their own business, engaging The Dash - Health Hub to provide administrative and other business services, enabling Beth to focus on delivering high-quality care to their clients and maintain the professional autonomy of their own business.
