Clinical Psychologist
MPsych(Clinical), BA Psychology (Honours)

I work with children, teens, and adults who are struggling with mental health, and interpersonal difficulties. My approach is longer-term and fuelled by authenticity, curiosity, and connection.  My priority is to work collaboratively with my clients to build  a shared understanding of their history and who they are as full-fledged human beings  – with this, I may better support them on their journey toward the things that are most important, with the approach that fits best, and at the pace that feels right.

My current therapeutic understandings and approaches are derived from Attachment Theory, Mentalisation principles, Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic psychology, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I am also undertaking a PhD in the area of existential psychology (purpose and motivation) and enjoy integrating humanistic principles into my practice.

I whole-heartedly welcome clients who are neurodivergent and of all genders and sexualities.
