Tracy is an APHRA registered psychologist who has experience working with children, early adolescents, and their families. Tracy started her career working as a children's nurse in London and Perth, before Tracy studied Psychology. Over the past nine years, she has worked in primary schools providing counselling to individuals, groups, and their families.
Tracy communicates genuinely, empathetically, and compassionately with children, early adolescents, and their families. Her focus is always to help improve the health and wellbeing of clients and to upskill the adults to encourage practices that support the children, and their own mental health and wellbeing.
Tracy is trained in a range of counselling skills, but she has a special interest in using a third wave approach such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy, which incorporates values and mindfulness techniques.
